Not sure, but its the first permit for that project in 3 years! Hopefully we will see movement!

I really want some development in that lot. Filling that lot of land up and hopefully the Thunderbird Legacy building falls through will really push downtown forward. I honestly believe those two projects will push development towards the warehouse district.

It is just a Fact Finding though, which comes before Pre-Application and Preliminary Site Plan Approval before it even starts into Permitting, so there is a long way to go on this one apparently..... but progress is still progress!

That last on reminds me of a blend between 432 Park Avenue and the Independent in Austin.
