Ahhhh I get it now! I always thought 220 CPS was Nordstrom in all these pics. I'm excited to see Nordstrom grow up up and beyond 220 CPS!

Look closely, and you can see the cantilever begin to rise above Central Park...

Looking at the scale again, I would say they are around that 328 ft mark, or a little higher...

Yeh, the shadow caused by the trees, no doubt! :uhh:
Hey, at least we will always have an early spring (Punxsutawney Phil can retire now).
I find the Central Park Tower a fascinating site to watch.

That particular document is for an amendment that doesn't affect the height.

You won't see a spire in the DOB filings. Changes are in the bottom link.

Yepe what interessed me is the spire if they can added it in the final and off course the tower with spire it will dominate a skyline

SL Green Realty Corp, New York City's largest commercial property owner, and The Moinian Group, today announced that leading fashion specialty retailer, Nordstrom, is expanding its future Men's store at 3 Columbus Circle by another 3,973 square feet, bringing its total leased space at the location to 46,991 square feet.

The Men's store is part of the retailer's New York City flagship footprint, and the expansion will allow Nordstrom to occupy the building's Broadway retail frontage in full, including the corners of both 57th and 58th Street in addition to its flagship space at 225 West 57th Street.

With all this talk about shopping, I want to know about restaurants.
The more options we have the better!

Has anyone here ever enjoyed a meal at The Plaza?
Breakfast and dinner were amazing back in the day!!

Says here there will be a restaurant and a cigar room on the 68th floor. Of course, that will be for the tenants. (There will be a tween lounge on the 8th floor).

Sounds like it will be an amazing Cigar Room. too bad only for tenants. I'd pay to get up there, just not $15M

^ The views will be amazing.
