Its about 2/3 the way up. Still has like 540 ft to go approximately.

Yep. It’s sad, discouraging participation of half the population. Sigh.

^The kind of females that are esoteric and nerdy enough to participate on SSP are pretty unlikely to care about that harmless model commentary. Get real.

Perhaps if the comments were less “harmless”, we might have a lot more female participation. And my hats off to the “nerdy, esoteric” women who stick around despite the occasional sexist bs.

Busy Bee May 14, 2018 2:28 PM

That's if they exist at all. How would we really know?

Rhody May 14, 2018 4:23 PM

Beautiful women and beautiful skyscrapers. That's awesome.

TechTalkGuy May 15, 2018 8:26 PM

That is crazy!! :hyper:

Busy Bee May 16, 2018 2:35 AM

Yeah, if that doesn't make your tummy tingle, you are dead inside. New York is awe inspiring.

The structure is so weird. One circular column, then square, then rectangular - all different sizes and spaced at different intervals.

Busy Bee May 16, 2018 9:31 PM

I'm just going to assume the structural engineers with 6+ years of training know what they are doing.

Barney Greengrass May 16, 2018 9:44 PM

I'm sure they're on top of the transient story drift and dynamic racking motions it'll surely experience during the next quasi hurricane :P
