Move to Rotterdam if you're disturbed anyway. You certainly will be fully satisfied over there somehow.

The infamous Kaden tower. famous for fugliness, it even has a Wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaden_Tower

It does justice to the equally fugly environs:

There's at least two other usual suspects that need to be here before we can call this thread complete.

MolsonExport Apr 15, 2015 4:55 PM

The Elephant building is one of them, I reckon.

There is that fugly Casino Hotel in Macau.

The palace of the soviets in Kaliningrad?

House of the Soviets, Kaliningrad.

Never used, always ugly.

I drove out of my way in Louisville just to see that Kaden Tower. Was not disappointed!

Its only saving grace is that it has cool LED's on it and other buildings in the area have adopted them as well. Looks cool at night.

That artist's rendition makes the building look better than it does in reality. The off center spire is horrible though the history behind it is pretty neat. It is a replica of the engagement ring given by the man who owns Metro National (land under everything that has the blue LED lighting to his wife.

I was just reading an article about the most advanced hospitals in the world and I am pretty sure that this one made the list. It is kind of ugly though.

This is just an injustice to the city of Boston. An entire neighborhood was demolished for this and it's surrounding brick plaza that sits empty 99% of the time.

How are one and two really on this list? I love the Hale Building and City Hall...I guess beauty really IS in the eye of the beholder.
