What is replacing the Ritz-Carlton?
 

The Ritz-Carlton hotel was torn down, after only 16 years of existance. What will be built in it's place? Seems like a waste to destroy such a young building.

I believe it'll be a commercial building. The Ritz will relocate across the harbour to the ICC next year / 2011. The hotel floorplates may not work well being converted into commercial use due to higher ceilings and additional wiring.

What a shame! Looks pretty good, postmodern building that reminds a bit of Hilton here in Malmö. However IFC is far more spectacular!

Shortly, the Ritz will re-open across the harbour at ICC!

The ritz building is more highest between another building in this picture. By the way, what made the building destroyed?

become the tallest building in that area make you feel so lucky if you can go there everday to work
