I love this project.
Are those graphics of the construction process from a vid? I would love to see it! |

Is the design of the foundation ment to spread the weight over a wider surface area. Kind of reminds me of the bionic tower. Scroll down to anti-seismic measures. http://www.torrebionica.com/bvs-english/bvs-english.htm |
Oh another tower. Kewl...
 |
I never thought this project would get off the ground! Or paper for that matter! Looks good, not the best design though. The Guangzhou TV Tower still looks better. Still, this is another 2000 footer!
Good for Tokyo! |
I like the design. It´s a good mix of old (Eiffel Tower) and new elements (height).

I think it's one of the better looking TV towers.
|
That's going to be rather surreal for the neighborhood. All lowrises and then bam this massive tower out of nowhere.
|
This thing was announced years ago. I can't believe it's not up yet!
 |
I can't wait to see it go up.
|
Its looks like the CN Tower and the Eiffel Tower had crazy drunk sex and this was the aftermath.
|
I like jokes, but this one isn't that funny. :koko:
|
The design is rather retro looking.
|
I like it all but the spire thing on top. To clunky. I think Tokyo has a good mix of lowrise, midrise, and highrise buildings, so it won't be that weird.
|
Did this used to be the Sumida Tower?

I don't know... I kinda like the thick spire. It's the lattice design that bothers me a little bit.
