This is the small site on the corner of Hollis and Bishop Street. It is a phase of the Brewery block redevelopment.

It will be interesting to see if Killam Properties plans to start before completing the Alexander tower. |

Assuming that beige material is stone, this looks great. If the beige material is something fake, then this could be pretty crappy. As usual, it'll come down to quality.

As with many Halifax developments, though, why the need for totally different cladding on the top two floors? Someone in another thread referred to their new game - Count the Claddings - he should patent that! |

Excavators were busy on this site this week. I didn't think it had approval from the DRC yet though?
