NEW YORK | One Riverside Park | 345 FT | 33 FLOORS

This project should have its own thread. It is the last building in the development formerly known as "Trump Place" along Riverside Drive in the 60s. This tower will be much glassier than it neighbors and will rise 33 floors. The design is pretty forgettable, but notable, in that it is a separate project from the Riverside Development South.

It always saddens me when I look at this development that we didn't get Trump's Television City. I was really looking forward to that, but it wasn't meant to be.

And the Collegiate School (one of the best known private schools in NYC) is building its new building just to the right of this pic.

And, I think the lot directly adjacent to One Riverside Park (just to the east) will be a mixed-income rental apartment building.

Stupid white stripes on buildings these days.
