Well, I initially didm't intend to further pursue the Wawa sodium subject, everyone else is discussing english grammaire, so I might as well discuss the sodium topic.

A Wawa Buffalo Style Chicken Wrap contains 1420 mg of sodium. The RDA is 2300 mg. That yields almost 62% of the sodium RDA in one, small sandwich. Furthermore, it makes for a small meal. I would want two. Most people hère consume three meals a day, hence compounding the situation.

That is only one of many potential exemples. A bit distressing, really, however, I find lack of progress on The Hale Building a source of distress, as well.

Haha not to get too far into the weeds since this isn't a nutrition forum, but...

It's not that I think Wawa is "healthy" by objective standards, it's that I view it as healthy by convenience store standards. The sodium content in just about everything at a 7-11 is off the charts too. With that being said, most of us don't really have to worry about sodium anyway...

Development team to buy lot near planned Rail Park for new studios, office building

I'm excited about these Astoban projects especially the one at 21st and Walnut. I may look into that if and when it comes to fruition.

Yeah these small scale overbuilds are great. They're keeping the historic integrity of the structure while adding density, and each is very unique. We need more of this kind of stuff.

The Union League is putting the finishing touches on the restoration of their handrail. Union League is using union workers. Their interim stop gap fix to use the shrubberies to conceal the damage was really clever.

I hope the Walnut one has high ceilings, big windows and large rooms. I love that it is slated to have balconies/terrace.

I recall an article years ago stating that, for all of the street-level improvement and activity in Philadelphia, the lights were still out on the upper floors of commercial buildings (unlike bustling cities like NYC). The increasing amount of "overbuild" (albeit residential), put me in mind of that. I think that I've noticed in recent years a greater degree of life above street level, which is encouraging.

This is true about Philly, but there is some. There are a lot of yoga studios and spas on the upper floors of buildings on Walnut and surrounding streets...
