This is all of the confirmed buildings for Schuylkill Yards and the area. 3051 JFK and 3101 Market are planned to be lab space

So 3051 won't be a supertall?

3101 Market is the site that could potentially be a supertall, however, nothing is set in stone except for what’s already under construction. 3001 JFK might even be altered if the office market doesn’t turn around.

I don't believe there have ever been any proposals/renderings/anything for 3051. Do we even know if that land was leased by Drexel to Brandywine? I know it currently is leased to a parking lot operator.
