another supertall for another superbig Chinese city. 100-storey plus buildings have become almost commonplace in China.

mt_climber13 Apr 17, 2014 3:54 PM

Neat!

The tower being built in the upper right corner is the ~300M secondary tower. The main tower will be built in the dirt area next to the ramp where the piling rigs are.

That was a different design proposed for the building by RMJM. They were not chosen as the architect.

China is an architects haven.

Wow that building is freaking incredible. Wish Maerican cities could go for stuff that tall and bold.

antoun Sep 20, 2015 12:13 AM

I don't understand how Skyscraper Center has this building listed as Under Construction and SkyscraperPage has this listed as proposed.

Wow, this is where all the rebar stolen from our construction sites are going!

peanut gallery Oct 20, 2015 4:31 AM

That is crazy. They will be pouring concrete for days when the time comes.

photoLith Oct 20, 2015 4:46 AM

That's the most rebar I've ever seen.

toxteth o'grady Oct 20, 2015 3:23 PM

Are they really stacking rebar on top of rebar. That looks like a two-story depth of rebar in some spots.

MolsonExport Oct 20, 2015 3:56 PM

one hell of a big bathtub

toxteth o'grady Oct 22, 2015 1:48 AM
