Formwork is continuing to rise, so why they say the tower is topped out ? I think the cpt deserve be corowned by a spire .

Concrete roof is topped. 35 feet of steel should wrap around on the top floor

The facade looks great.

Once they get the rest of that tape off and finish off the crown, we'll have a fascinating metamorphosis of throwback-era simplicity and modern engineering (i.e. the giant cantilever.)

The facade treatment is deliberately well-understated.

I never really thought about how massive the shadow could be. And the sun is not that far down yet either. That photo really shows the complaint of some with regard to shadows. Great photo.

That shadow doesn't show any valid complaint. If anything, it shows the ridiculous nature of it. What's covered in shadow? Trees. What makes the most shadow in the park? The trees.
The shadow from the skyscrapers moves across the park very quickly as the sun goes down. In another hour or so it would be in total darkness.
