I'm still pretty sore about the loss of the old office component of the ADM site at the corner of Elizabeth and Carroll. It was a very handsome 6 story brick structure that the city should have forced the developer to an adaptive reuse within their master plan.
That said, I like this new proposal. I dig the circular concrete drums as the crown on the building. We need more reminders like this of the neighborhood's industrial past, because the evidence of it is vanishing at a fast clip. |

The development is on Carroll Street and is just a little too far from the Green Line to count as TOD. The parking reduction is likely because it has downtown zoning
