I walked past this yesterday and there is heavy work occurring at the base. Part of the street is sealed off, and the tower is experiencing heavy interior work. Workers where bringing in materials.

Other then that, it complements the nearby W Hotel and has that dark, corporate look to it. Kinda similar to the JP Morgan HQ. Its actually a very dark tower and the pics that tectonic took seem to show it brighter than usual.

Should open up this June. Seems like its wrapping up with the interior work and that they are really pushing for a late or early Q2/3 release.
