I hope one day I'll see it from the ground, IMO it's much more impressive.

And...yes....the Grand Canyon is much more impressive in person than in any photo or whatever....I had seen it in textbooks, online photos, magazines etc...then I went...and I saw... and OMG!!!! WOW!!!! :tup:

Great pics!!! If you were to fly over Lake Mead right now you would see a whole lot less of the lake. It's down over 100ft from the time these were taken... stupid drought.
