ING House in Amsterdam. I don't really like it, but it is a pretty neat building.

Freedom Tower is God Awful ugly. The architects spent more time making the building "bomb proof", than focusing on the esthetics.

If your not for the freedom tower than your for the terrorists. :haha:

No seriously, the freedom tower is very future. I think its beautiful. Whine all you want ladies. The base is different...but when you go inside and see the 200+ ft. lobby you just might think that it works. Wait til you see what it looks like at night. Also, you must surely realize the design is as original as they come.

On second thought, just stay away, you'll only complain and make those admiring it around you hold their nose.

Simple, clean lines is the future IMO. Just like cars, overly detailed buildings will go the way of hood ornaments and gaudy grills.

For its time:

For me a futuristic tower is much more than just a futuristic looking tower. This means it needs to use revolutionary methods to conserve energy, should be based on a futuristic concept (not just the way it looks), etc.

Therefore I choose this:

Great

All :previous: above ones are fantastic. Let's having more such stuff than shit square human shelves everywhere. How more how better. One example
http://www.artbot.com/concept/secret2.jpg  http://photos.nondot.org/2002-10-05-...g%20Models.jpg  Even more, even great for earth, people having job, drive economy and so on. :notacrook:

For me the most futuristic is already the Bank Of China in Hong Kong, the most beautiful one in earth in my oppinion, great idea from architect.

The freedom is very good, the others i like much... The bionic Tower in Shanghai is also wonderful and very futuristic.

It looks like a caterpillar, like you'd hear on the news any day now that it crawled off on those pointy little legs and is rampaging through downtown Amsterdam.

I thought the same when I saw the strange one in Amsterdam, but no comments.... It is a very big Bug of other kind of insect, but then people burn me here, about critizing it. :hell:

The Transamerica Pyramid was pretty futuristic for its time, and I think it still resembles a "timeless futurism"

From a distance it's great, but up close...
