Yes. It looks like CGI, super-imposed into the skyline. What's most unbelievable is that it has been there the longest out of any building in the frame. Way ahead of its time.

Almost there. About 140-150ish feet left if i had to eye ball it.

With them installing the steel, I guess we can assume the MTD is in place. I was kinda hoping someone would have a pic of it. Not expecting it to look like Taipei 101 or anything but the largest ever created should be noticeable unless its one of the liquid ones.

You see the tuned mass damper in the video above. The reason the last few floors took forever is because they had to pour all of that concrete around the damper
