c'est probablement mon projet préféré des 10 dernières années. j'adore la forme de l'édifice et surtout le lobby, ça serait tellement à sa place sur ce coin de Maisonneuve - la rue deviendrait absolument superbe avec cet ajout, ça consoliderait vraiment l'image de cette rue comme étant une des grandes rues d'affaire du pays (à mes yeux, du moins) et donc ça ne pourra qu'encourager grandement le développement de nouveaux projets du genre sur cet axe (maybe this is wishful thinking on my part, but I think it's at least partly true)

et malgré une erreur de perspective qui ferait rire n'importe quel illustrateur, le Ben's y est intégré, échelle du basilaire à l'avenant. avec un beau ravalage (et une fidèle restauration de l'intérieur le plus woodyallenesque de Montréal), que demander de mieux? |

Bonne nouvelle les travaux de démolition pour le restaurant Bens sont sur le point de débuter. et la construction du 900 de maisonneuve ouest va débuté.
