Looks nice but sort of reminds me of Atlantis on steroids and seriously palm trees in Korea?
Those Korean supertall projects are entertaining.
One day, maybe, one of them will emerge. |
It looks good from above, but crappy from the ocean.

IMO, they can do away with the middle part between the two main skyscrapers. Keep the upper skybridge, though xD
Ugh. The height isn't the problem - the problem is that it's butt ugly.
Where are they going to find that many Koreans willing to swim? The usual in Korea is to go out till your knees get wet and then run away from the 2 foot waves.
I just don't see Busan turning into a big tourist destination anytime soon anyway. When Cheju is just a hop away, why would anyone settle for Busan? |

I'm starting to think the governments over there are paying architectural firms to crank out renders of non-sense buildings every 3-4 weeks. How many ultra-tall proposals for them is this now?

If I only had a dollar for every proposed (but unbuilt) supertall in South Korea....
^ Yes, but how many of them have had a "four-dimensional theater"? I mean, a theater that can travel forward in time surely gives this development a leg up, no? ;)
I didn't know South Korea had such a great economy.
very nice design hope they get this through the obiously insane south korean economic paperwork and approval from the government
Yes, a very beautiful design. I'm all in for this one.
Take that, Ryugyong. |
