Buying Land from Manitoba Infrastructure

Hello Everybody,

Does anyone know if M.I sells property if they do not have a use for it anymore?

Thank you!

Below is a link to the MB Govt department that takes care of all land sales/purchases for the different departments including MIT. You would have to talk to them to see if the land you are interested in is available for purchase.

Manitoba's transportation department should be buying land not selling it.

I have a feeling that AF3 meant the land around TCH in Virden but I don’t know for sure. ;)

If it's land near Virden it wouldn't be surprising if gas and oil is behind the request. Those have other considerations to account for.
