Finally got around to updating the front page but there may still be a few projects missing.

There are several updated renderings including Post Centennial, Alexan at Krog, The Haynes House. Most renderings are in clickable thumbnails for full size image.

Ansley Green is under construction or at least Site Prep.

Is there any actual work taking place? The last time I walked by there, it looked to me like work had stopped.

The AJC story on 33 Peachtree Place included a slightly updated rendering.

i wasnt really familiar with Rocca Villas.. too bad they couldnt build that on top of the giant parking lot by the pulblix and Ok Cafe.. or at least somewhere a little less tucked away. that Northside Pkwy/West Paces intersection could use a little work

I've updated the front page with most of the major projects in the city and tried to make it a little more concise which keeps getting more difficult. Despite everything that delivered this year, the list of projects has continued to grow and I know there are more projects that I haven't yet added. New updates are highlighted in red.

Ansley Green is definitely under construction.

Ansley at Piedmont needs to be added to the proposed list, but it looks like it might actually be under construction as well.

I have added Ansley at Piedmont as well as a few other projects.

I can't find anything on it but the Daily World apartments were supposed to be completed this month also.

How about putting The Water Tower Stacks on the under construction list? It's 10 units around the corner from Krog Street Market.

Great to see that there's still some movement on this one. It has REALLY lingered in the permitting process for such a long time. I wonder if there is some sort of particular issue with the project.

Post Millennium on the other hand appears to be sailing through permitting. That might be the next project to break ground.

I added the dorm project but I doubt they're doing anything but demo at this point given that no plans for the project have been filed other than impact fees.
