Great photos as always - Vancouver at street level in all seasons, you really show it all. Beautiful, honest and sincere. My take is that the mural depicts some of our region's natural features like the St Lawrence Estuary and the sunsets, while the running track refers to Rimouski hosting the Quebec summer games this year. |

Nouvellecosse, I completely agree - it’s a little gem of a building that seems to fly under the radar. Perhaps because it’s in a quieter corner of downtown and the trees somewhat hide it. It’s called The Savoy, built in 1975. Sure has stood the test of time, and a shame this quality level isn’t achieved consistently for condos.

Love that blue/purple of the Siamese Dream Twins. Is Montreal the only Canadian city with a signature Ferris wheel? Off the top of my head I think something like that would look good on the river bank in Edmonton, and perhaps Halifax although I’m not sure if there is a right location available there. |

Wise saying Gatineau as I purposely avoided mentioning Ottawa as then the comments will be about Parliament being a circus or a carnival. :) But I guess there is room to put on in front.. Maybe that’s where all media availability would have to take place, sit with the politician while on the Ferris wheel and if you’re not in the same pod you’ll have to yell your questions up/down or across.
