Have been looking at the pit for Backstage everytime I go by on the GO. I was wondering how long before it is level with the tracks. Judging by this last photo I would imagine it wouldn't be many more months before it's at that height.

probably about a month until it hits streetlevel, and maybe 3 months until it hits track level.

is the landscaping done outside of MaRs 2 yet? haven't been by it since early june.

does anyone else take a look at that and hear darth vader breathing in his ear?

Great guess! I noticed yesterday as I was passing that the base is now approximately level with the street. We should see this rising noticeably soon.
