Just seems too modern and glassy with all the heritage buildings fronting Victory Square. Sure VCC is a dump and they allowed the SFU building but this will be quite dominant on the streetscape.
Maybe some kind of copper-colour or stone (but obviously it makes zero sense for an office tower). Or give them more density on the taller section of the building and do something more interesting with the section fronting West Pender. not sure if this has been posted but cranes are up for the projects on the NE (PCI Rental) and SE corner of Cambie and 41st.
so thats 3 out of the 4 corners under construction at the same time. |
