Site plan went back into review today after being inactive for quite some time.

I contacted the sales team last week and they informed me that the project was still a go and that an update would be coming in the near future. Near future could mean next week or within the next 6 months so who knows.

That’s reassuring! I’ve been wondering if they’ve had any updates. Only thing I saw was on their website they still say they’re taking registrations.

Been hearing some rumblings on this one recently. Still happening, but probably not anytime soon or even this year.

Any thoughts as to why?

F1 part of the site plan was approved and released today. I think the site plan for this one was split into F1 and F2 like the apartment tower at 10711 Burnet Road.

That appears to be the site plan for the tower, and I can't find any F2 site plan. A couple days ago there was a permit filed for the cap off of water and waste water to the site. So it appears that some work should be starting.

Great to see some movement. Really looking forward to this one!

Please don't get another haircut like the Wilson!

Haircut? That was an amputation.

Did you have to go there?

I was just following up on this, and one of the set of elevations shows it at 755 feet with 6 2 floors while the other shows 775 feet with 65.

Wasn’t the tower 775 ft before it got its haircut?

That is correct.

In terms of haircuts . . . we've seen much worse (*cough* Wilson Tower *cough*).

Echostatic May 24, 2023 4:59 PM

Conrad's 20' loss is a haircut. What happened to Wilson was decapitation.

It was more than a decapitation. The poor thing was guillotined at the waist.

Seems this tower’s website was taken down
Hopefully it’s just temporary :(
