https://i.imgur.com/RdfIu9A.jpeg Here are a couple of photos I grabbed showing the office section interesting angle. It's quite striking when you look up at the building head-on from the new bridge over Waller Creek. https://i.imgur.com/fPpAi8T.jpeg According to the most recent official renderings, the residential section also has an interesting feature where the higher floors taper forwards, creating a very nice subtle contrast with the setback of the lower floors. You can tell from the extra panes of glass about ~18 residential floors up. Right now we have 14 residential floors covered in glass so we should start to see this coming to life soon. |
I'm in austin for a few days. coming into austin from the south it looked like it is even with 6g.

So the commercial floors will be covered in bird shit from the stoops as it rises. Add to that bat shit from the upper residential floors. :D

When are they going to raise the crane? I feel like the crane hasn't been raised in a long while.

Considering the elevation difference it has caught 6g 64floors complete plus four moor in the core

Just a quick question......
Just a quick question......The current tallest building in the state of Texas is the JP Morgan Chase Tower, in Houston, which contains 75 floors and is 1,002 ft. At what point will the Waterline become the tallest?
