You'd think with all the engineering that goes into creating those column-free corners every 6 floors, they'd make them open terraces instead of hiding them behind more glass. We've seen enough fake surface-applied diagrids that I really hate to see real ones underplayed and mistaken for the former

This image is a good way to sum up my local areas construction. There's 8 residential buildings going up in the distance, all in one pocket. 2 of them are covered by the big concrete grid tower, which finished only two years ago.
Oh, and a new crane popped up for a condo project a street north of all this development. Aqualuna looks to have excellent quality workmanship and should only get more interesting as people move in. Is the plan still to ‘shrub-ify ’ the exterior to the same degree shown in the renders?
