Also, thanks for the heads up J78704. The re-design is growing on me, just wish there was a crown. Crowns...goddamn crowns....that is one of the phrases my doll says when you pull his string "I just wish you'd add a nice illuminated crown. Hideee-ho ha ha ha!" |

I like the redesign even though it lost a couple floors. I prefer vertical lines to horizontal. Even though I don't care for flat tops, that Gumby crown was silly.

I'm still betting it's 775' and 65 floors when you include the parapet and mechanical levels. There are mechanical levels somewhere near halfway up and at the apex. I think it's 63 "occupied" levels... Yes. They could have altered what had already been approved and released. But, wouldn't they have to submit a site plan addendum? |

It's increasingly growing on me. I just really hope the vertical lines are that off yellow color. I love blue and gold/yellow mixed.

I am still not thinking it is a blue glass. Very reflective YES; of the blue sky, but not blue. We will see.

The redesign ruined it. They got rid of the crown and changed the glass color from teal to some version of blue.
I was really happy about this one but now I don’t care, just another shit box. |
The latest elevations were released. The highest occupied floor is 62 and it is 755'.

Another "trendy" staggered lines tower that will forever trigger folks with OCD
We're only missing the leaning exposed support beams on the amenity deck to complete the look. Did they not get the memo? /s |

you can see it in the elevations too. ugh.

I know from previous threads there people that like this buildings type of "hanging and exposed" balconies, however, at 700' above the ground I do not think I would feel safe on one of them. They really do allow for expansive views especially if one is at the end of the building. But I am fairly sure I would have some trouble getting used to such a small space with only the back wall being solid, especially with the wind. Three solid walls would be just fine at 700', but not these balconies.
