This height came from the UDRB documents posted today, apologies for not including any drawings, I was a bit busy.

There are 60 floors.

Looks like something China would build (that's not a bad thing)

The way that they deal with the parking garage is nearly invisible, almost rendering it like mechanical floors, and the terrace spaces around the base look pretty amazing. Really liking this one from top to bottom.

Do you think you could provide the link to the UDRB Docs you found? Thanks :)

What's with the height decrease? I think this building still looks great but I am just curious.

The 1,049 FT height referred to the past plan, and the FAA filing this project had recently has no real indication on the height. Sadly this is what Stephen Ross found right for the project. 50 Hudson Yards is also barely a non-supertall, developed by the same man. One cool fact, at least, is that this building is the same height as 4 WTC.

This should be a supertalk with better design. It's smack dab in the heart of the skyline. Miami deserves better, especially at this point.

A bit bulky, but I like tge design. Now if someone could show the rendering with other planned skyscrapers that will change the Miami skyline.

Construction permit submitted with the City of Miami for this almost supertall (977')
https://www.thenextmiami.com/constru...l-city-centre/

I understand Related & Swire don't care about supertall status just like most common folk don't know the difference, but, the 7' difference is frustrating for us skyscraper aficionados since it changes its place in this forum and lists.

Here we go.

Awesome!

I guess this'll be the second highest helipad in the country after the Library Tower in LA. Wilshire's roof is a little lower.

Do Houston's highest have helipads?

Yackemflaber69 Jun 21, 2023 4:21 AM

No they do not

BrickellBased Jul 19, 2023 4:02 AM

They've been gutting the insides for awhile now.

New long arm wrecking excavator on site. Looks like they are bringing in the big guns now. :D

We in business. The rest of the structure should be coming down very soon.

It's pretty disappointing that the building isn't at least 1,000 ft tall from ground level. If it's a reduction, the least the developers could've done was to make it an even 1,000 ft. Not sure if it's too late, but since Miami is going through a skyscraper boom right now, hopefully there are more skyscrapers that can exceed the 1,049 ft ground level plateau that the FAA has artificially imposed on Miami in the near future.
