This gorgeous Wilkinson Eyre pedestrian bridge design called “Equinox” was won the international design competition for a new pedestrian connecting Quayside to the new parks of Villiers Island over the Keating Channel. Indigenous consultants Two Row Architect and Zeidler were on the design team. The orientation of the bridge’s curves align with the summer solstice sunset and the winter solstice sunrise.
