Site plan has been submitted. Anyone know how sales are going for this?

odd. They filed a site plan last year as well, and appear to have just filed a new application for some reason (?). Wonder what the storey is there.

I was hoping this would be starting construction in the next few months to be honest, not looking like that if they are just filing a new site plan application.

With this one at 26 floors at the top of a high point of main street does anyone know how high it will peak on the skyline ? Probably as tall or taller than platinum

Same height as Platinum.

Like most projects downtown, they are all scraping the escarpment height limit. Because of the hill here, that just means 23 storeys instead of 30 storeys closer to Gore Park.

A few projects will peak out above the limit - 75 James and Television City are both about 50 feet above the limit.

Hard to see, and I don't know if this is a change but it's been so long since there's been movement. There is a work trailer on site. Has this been posted about before? Apologies for the trash photo.

Still no permits here either so I'm not expecting any movement soon. We'll have to see.

We drove by here yesterday, and a couple white hats were on site looking over things. Part of the big Apex hoarding is actually a gate and it was wide open. I saw lots of equipment on site and a temporary construction office trailer and what looked like some crane pieces and materials. Not sure if this is all for this site or if it's being used as a staging area for another site?

They've got some fresh advertising at York and Park Street in place of that Judy Marsales Sold on Hamilton billboard.
