Tarnowitzer Landstraße

It's not adress. It just means "county road in Tarnowice" in german (Tarnowice is a name of polish city).

@look: Adresses of radio towers (and other objects situated out of settlements) are always a problem. In this cases the use of geographical coordinates is more suitable!
In most list of transmitters the geographical coordinates of the tower are listed, because these objects are normally outside settlements (especially in Europe)
The coordinates of Transmission Tower Gliwice are 50° 19′ 0″ N, 18° 41′ 0″ E

But there are some roads in Germany, which have the name "...er Landstrasse".
If you do not agree, then ignore the name of the street, it should be no obstacle to put the object in the skyscraperpage-database!
