Current status of the building - "proposed" - is incorect. Gorka Narodowa exists for twenty (or something) years so the status should be "built".
The diagram which is already in SkyscraperPage.com shows Gorka Narodowa after refit, which will probably take place this or next year.
But today this strange building looks like that (http://www.krakowskieinwestycje.boo.pl/biura/pokaz.php?id=gorka) (diagram (http://krakowskie-inwestycje.w.interia.pl/gn.gif)).
