Right across the street from 4100 East Mississippi Avenue is the City of Denver, however, Rocky Mountain Tower itself is located in the Glendale, Colorado city limits.

edit added: BTW, if one were to look up the zip code or Rocky Mountain Tower, it is 80246, which is the Glendale zip code.
