Yes I know it isn't a very high building but I really care about because it will be the first skyscraper in the city (I am from Radom in fact). Please add it to the database :) Thank you...

Do you have a more definitive street address?

Can you also pinpoint the location of the building using Google Maps Streetview?

You can go ahead and add the diagram now. The building page has been created at http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=102462

Oh, I want to ask you also, how can I add a building without any sources but only with the number of floors, the estimate height and the position on the map? Thank You :)

Is it possible for you to post the link to the map and not the streetview? I can't get out of streetview with that link to identify the actual location on the map. Thanks!

Regarding your last question, do you have information for the architect and/or developer?

Yes, wait a moment please I will try... As for the other thing I mean if I can add a building like this:
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/22/Radom,_Czachowskiego_15_-_fotopolska.eu_%28289311%29.jpg
It was the city to build this buildings but I actually have made drawings for them and I wanted to add them to the database... But I only know the estimate height, the number of floors and the position on the map, what can I do?

And yes, you can add this building. If you could provide all details that you know, including address, as per the normal database addition information we can add the building.
