Driving solo on Interstate 95 by the Golden Glades interchange? Pay attention to where the express lanes end and the carpool lanes begin or risk getting a ticket with a $179 fine.
Some commuters call this stretch the equivalent of a "speed trap" even though signs warn drivers about a quarter-mile before the carpool lanes start. The problem, they say, is that it's impossible to get out of the carpool lane at rush hour because the other lanes are jammed.
The drivers are complaining about paying fines. FHP is trying to give a ticket to the drivers. Because it was too extremely busiest during rush-hours traffic. This is ridiculous!! FHP had no right to give a citation to the driver. They were trying to get out of the carpool lane. They should leave the driver alone! Don't try to give a citation anymore.
