That's a great view from your friend's balcony. Having a view of not only the downtown highrises, but also the beach highrises and the ocean is pretty sweet!

I haven't been to downtown Ft. Lauderdale in ages but it looks great! A lot of infill has occured in recent years. Thanks for posting these pics of Miami's sister city!

Not bad coming from a camara phone. Didn't realize that Fort Lauderdale had such a large CBD!!
