Merlot Revolving Restaurant

As most of you know, I don't get out that much. Between looking after my mother, and keeping the motel going, my time is pretty well occupied.

But a few times this summer I've given myself a break and dined at Merlot. While the food is pretty decent - they make a killer chateaubriand and their Sunday brunch is to die for - I've been going there more for the view than the chew.

Nothing beats the perspective of the city, and its sky scrapers, than this one that revolves at 28 stories high.

Heck, even the Jackson building's teal cladding looks better from Merlot's point of view.

Thanks for the tip Norman. I'll be sure to stop off at your motel after the restaurant to end off the evening properly.
