Your City's Revolving Restaurant

I thought I should start a thread about something that every big Canadian city seems to have. Many were built in the 70's and 80's and they may not look pretty, but they sure have some nice views of the city. So what's the revolving restaurant (or rooftop restaurant if you don't have one) in your city? Post some pictures of their brutalist (at least our podium is) glory and possibly a look at the view.

Here in Ottawa it is the Merlot Grill on the 29th floor of the Marriott Hotel at the corner of Kent and Sparks.

Calgary's (at the top of the Calgary Tower of course) is currently undergoing renovations, and will be reopening in July as 'Sky 360'. The one thing that I hope they change is the policy on getting into it, the previous restaurant still required you to pay 50% of the tower admission to get up to the restaurant.

I think you're in Montreal, and if so, you guys have a revolving restaurant in the Delta Hotel called La Tour de Ville that fits my description of these Canada landmarks perfectly.

I never knew there were so many revolving restaurants in Canada. Do people know when they were built? basically, which was the first.

Looks like they were a big trend during the 80's for hotels.

Vancouver's Cloud Nine is just a ripoff... disgusting food, disgusting service, and to top it off: super expensive. Not worth it: even for the view imo.

There are none in London. Some revolting restaurants, but none revolving.

Only if you can do the twist otherwise, from what the staff told me last year, the revolving mechanisms are completely trashed and have been for years.

revolving? or rotating? or revolting?

A tub of chicken, eitherway.
