What are some of your favorite northwest, vintage constructions.
"Oldies but goodies " buildings, roads and bridges.
Here's one of my top picks, The Smith Tower, Seattle. One of Seattle's first skyscrapers.

bronco stadium, boise.
What other stadium has blue turf as its playing surface. Truly it is one of a kind.

Well, definitely the Space Needle (http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k235/Aleks0o01/8944b538.jpg).
The Alaskan Way Viaduct (http://z.about.com/d/seattle/1/7/7/4/-/-/Alaskan-Way-Viaduct-181.gif) is really famous too.
The Jonhston Ridge Observatory (http://z.about.com/d/gonw/1/0/L/-/-/-/window.jpg) was a great icon of the Northwest but it was shut down because people didn't visit it as often as before.
