Moura Dubeux is the construction company for these buildings. On their site, I found the document linked below, dated 11 November 2006. If you go to page 5, you will see "EDIFÍCIO GUILHERME PONTES PRONTO" and just below that "EDIFÍCIO MARGARIDA PONTES PRONTO". Pronto means "ready" - in other words, the construction work is completed.
