Yes, both "Capitol Mall Towers" are going up at once. There was a sales event for the 2nd tower a while back. In fact, they are working with the city to have the towers approved for an additional 2 floors to 55 stories each.

On www.621capitolmall.com there is an image with the drawings. It states the height on there, but the link was not linkable since it's flash file, so here is a mirror.

Top of the louvered feature is 400' (although it may be hard to read on there). Translated into metric it is, 121.92 meters

Thanks for the update. Actually it started last month so it should be 2006-2008 for the time frame.
