Changed the first two to proposed again, but what makes you so sure that the 270m height figure for the Nikko Hotel is the height to the antenna and not to the roof? The average floor height for a hotel highrise in Dubai is about 4.5 m (higher than anywhere else), so I guess the 270m stated on Emporis are for the roof, because antennas are never counted in the official height, only spires are.
