I'm glad you got to this, because I had no plans of finishing this request. I don't believe in adding something to the database unless, along with the floor count, there is a year started or finished, and/or the address. I think it's the least requesters can do for us.

Also would be better to give the date of the start of construction, and the date of projected completion of construction.

If possible - alternative links (other than emporis) would be helpful - gives people possibility to find out more about the building, and also helps prospective illustrators to find pictures to draw a better diagram.
