Done - Question, does the CIT Building really have a spire? Emporis has a bad angle of it not showing the roof.

No it not a spire. There is a black box structure which is probably just a mechanical room and there is an antenna on the madison street side, but nothing I would call a spire. Probabbly should have listed the height as structural, my mistake.
