Done, but estimated at 121 in height given that it's a condominium. I even used larger floor heights to get my estimate.

I will also tell you that I'm going to stop adding proposed projects unless:

1. They've been approved for construction.

2. They have, at least, a start or end construction date listed, and a rendering.
