Also, is Warmian-Masurian the same as Warminsko-Mazurskie?

Warminsko-Mazurskie is identic with Warmian-Masurian and Kujawsko-Pomorskie is identic with Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodship.

I would say Województwo kujawsko-pomorskie ( http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wojew%C3%B3dztwo_kujawsko-pomorskie ) and Województwo warmińsko-mazurskie ( http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wojew%C3%B3dztwo_warmi%C5%84sko-mazurskie ), because these are the Polish names of these provinces.
