This building was scaled back from the original 6 story design. It is actually two buildings both with 4 floors the south structure is taller due to a sloping street elevation. This project was originally called the Luxe and was a 6 floor single building. You have the Luxe listed here as complete, it was never completed, Prestige Plaza is in it's place.
