Did my own research to find out these two were completed in 2012 and that the street name had been changed to "Avenida Chile." I got that from the construction company's website and a newspaper. In the future, if you could do a bit more research before requesting these to find out more facts, that would be great. Because if I can find this out only know a little bit of Spanish, you'd be far more successful in understanding the details than me.

There also appears to be a hotel tower that's nearing completion in this project. Please look up some information on that one and request it. Apparently, it began construction right after the other two towers were completed.
