Database Correction: Alto Arauco and centro mayor

Hello!
I write to request the elimination of 2 buildings in Concepcion, Chile, because these illustrations do not correspond to the buildings, and these were demolished due to being seriously damaged during the earthquake of February 27, 2010 in Chile.
I request this to keep order within the diagrams of my city and to continue adding illustrations.
